BOOKING FEES

A booking free of $50 is taken upon all appointments at MD Aesthetics. This can be paid via our booking page using your credit card details or over the phone.

In case of a no show or cancellation within 48 hours without adequate reason to your appointment, the booking free will be forfeited and charged as a cancellation fee.

We value your time, and we trust you value ours, therefore this policy is in place to ensure appointments are not missed without adequate time available to us to fill in that appointment slot.

Please do your best to notify in case of any emergencies or illnesses as soon as possible.

Reoccurring cancellations, no show.

If a client has cancelled within the 48 hours of their appointment, or has failed to attend their appointment more than 3 times, we will require full payment of their booked treatment upon their next booking.

REFUNDS

MD Aesthetics does not offer refunds on any of our treatments. We ensure all of your staff members have extensive training and knowledge therefore each treatment will be performed in line with their qualifications.

Treatments are no transferable to another individual or swapped for other treatments unless it is due to a medical reason, for which we will require proof.

If a retail item you have purchased at our clinic is faulty, we will happily refund or replace it given you return it within 14 days.

PAYMENT

All treatments require full payment upon completion of the service. This does not include Afterpay/Zippay.

PRICES

Due to the TGA rules, we are unable to provide specific prices, name brands or doses of our non-surgical cosmetic procedures. This means that the prices listed on our booking page are a guide only. You may require less or more of the product necessary to treat your concerns depending on age, gender, facial anatomy, metabolic rate and other factors.

Please note our prices on can change without any notice. If you have received a quote for a treatment during a consultation prior to our price changes, we are happy to honour that quoted price if you receive the treatment within 2 weeks of your consultation appointment.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Please note that by purchasing a gift voucher for MD Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All gift vouchers are redeemable for both products and services up to the value of the amount noted on the voucher. If less than the listed amount is used of the vouchers, the remaining amount of the voucher will be available for future purchases up to the original expiry date.

The voucher must be physically presented at the time of payment to enable us to use it. Photos will not be accepted.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and can not be exchanged for cash.

Please keep your vouchers in a safe location as we will not redeem any vouchers that have been lost or stollen.

Our gift vouchers are valid for 3 years with the expiry date stated on the physical voucher. Expired vouchers will not be accepted by MD Aesthetics.

Treatments booked using a voucher are subject to our standard cancellation and reservation policy, therefore in case of a missed appointment or cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment, $50 will be deducted from the voucher in question.
